Peter has 21 years experience leading human resources and strategic business operations. He has consulted, designed and facilitated programs to develop high performing teams and effective organizations spanning across myriad corporate environments. Prior to launching POWER TO BECOME,LLC., Peter was the Head of Organizational Development and Effectiveness for Mercedes- Benz USA. He was responsible for defining the leadership development strategy, leading employee engagement, succession planning, and strategic team development. His work in this area was instrumental in transforming Mercedes-Benz USA consumer strategy as described in the bestseller, “Driven to Delight”. Peter has worked with clients ranging Pharmaceuticals, Finance, Automotive, Media, Marketing and Public Sectors. He is passionate about creating and delivering solutions that promote enterprise-wide leadership and culture change.
